We’re looking for a driven and customer focused Sales Executive to join our busy motorcycle dealership.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-franchised dealership, around a friendly team, with a loyal, growing, customer base, selling new and used motorcycles and scooters as well as associated productsPrevious experience is desirable, alongside a solid understanding of the sales processes. The role involves engaging with prospective customers in store, via email and telephone, managing customer relationships via CRM software and delivering compelling sales presentations.
ResponsibilitiesWelcoming customers and delivering an exceptional showroom experienceSelling new and used motorcycles, accessories, finance, and warranty productsUnderstanding customer needs and matching them with the right bike and packageManaging the full sales process from enquiry to handoverCarrying out test ride arrangements and vehicle demonstrationsFollowing up leads and maintaining strong customer relationshipsMeeting and exceeding individual and dealership sales targetsEnsuring accurate administration and compliance with FCA regulations
About YouPrevious sales experience (motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales preferred but not essential)A genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and the motorcycling lifestyleConfident, professional, and customer-focused approachStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetIT literate with good attention to detailFull 'A' UK motorcycle licence preferred
