We are looking to recruit a Spare Parts Manager (Procurement / Pricing)  to come and join our after sales team at MotoGB Limited.

As a Spare Parts Manager (Procurement / Pricing), you will be an
integral member of the Aftersales team. 

This is a role where the successful
person will be the sole point of contact for spare parts inventory, pricing and
availability and also will be the single point contact for all our suppliers
for Spare Parts

Role - Spare Parts Manager
(Procurement / Pricing)  , working hours are Mon - Fri - 8am - 5.00pm

Location – Head Office based
in Adlington near Chorley.

Salary - Not a constraint for the right candidate 

Key
Responsibilities - 


  • Forecasting by analysing the consumption trend
    and stock availability  

  • Ensuring timely orders to the respective suppliers
    based on the analysis to avoid negative stock situations

  • Implement strategies to ensure an optimum stock
    level in our warehouses

  • Coordinating with multiple suppliers,
    transport/shipping agencies to ensure timely and smooth delivery of
    consignments from multiple suppliers

  • Maintaining a balanced inventory/Stock
    consistent with the requirements from dealers / online demand

  • Regular updating of part prices in line with
    procurement prices

  • Regular tracking of parts on back order from suppliers and updating the latest ETA on the system

  • Updating of the Electronic Parts Catalogue
    with new and superseded part numbers

  • Placing stock orders for spare parts for new models before
    launch.

  • Handling queries from dealers for parts ordering,
    Status enquiries etc.

  • Preparing training material /document and processes for the parts
    ordering system for dealers

 

Essential
Criteria -

·    Experience in spare
parts business preferably in a similar role in the Automotive industry.

·        Knowledge of
Inventory management, shipping, customs and Logistics etc.

·        Proficient in excel
computations and formulas

·        Knowledge of Dealer
Management System or similar electronic parts ordering system

·        Excellent customer
service and communication skills

·        Ability to work
under pressure

·        Strong Attention to
detail

·        Ability to work using your own initiative and as part of a team
